  • The AI pilot deployed in Q2 2025 empowers in-store promoters to upload shelf images that are auto analysed for planogram compliance and SKU positioning.

  • It achieved 90% SKU identification accuracy in its 12th week, and we are confident to roll this out pan-India (all SKU) in Q3’25, transforming retail execution into a data-driven process.
  • iStore – Maximize store extraction with targeted SKU recommendation
  • 30% increase in order lines through AI-powered suggested ordering platform which went live across India on July 1st.

  • It is enabling the field force to optimize orders at outlet level through 🔵 Sell More and 🟡 Earn More SKU tagging.

  • We are now seeing increase in NPI lines per order and have achieved 100% adoption.

  • Geo-fencing feature across 80k HCPs rolled out in June’25, ensures call logging is restricted to a 400m radius around geo-tagged chemists and HCP locations.

  • The result: 60% fewer false check-ins and a 45% boost in call logging accuracy.

    Launched on May 2, 2025, Haleon’s ISC Data Lake now hosts data across multiple functions.

  • GoApptiv Secondary Sales: Enabled daily sales visibility for Goapptive (redistribution wholesaler). Approx 9-10k outlet addition in first 60 days (82% new outlets, 18% existing outlets)

  • eComm-Offtake: 11+ accounts sharing data at weekly frequency at SKU-city level.

  • MT Merchandising: 30+ accounts with ~12500+ stores
